Victor brings deep operational experience as a former General Manager at an established contract manufacturing facility, where he oversaw the full product lifecycle - from concept to mass distribution - for clients ranging from early-stage startups to publicly-traded companies. By prioritizing a close, collaborative relationship with every partner, he ensures clear communication and a deep understanding of each brand’s specific needs.
